First make sure you have installed the ProspectSafari Extension.
Click on the extension icon in the Chrome browser bar in order to select the default list where any new prospects are to be added. This will remain set until you change it.
In Linkedin, go to a person’s profile. Right click on any white space and select to Add Contact to ProspectSafari. You can add the contact to the last edited Prospect or add as a new prospect.
ProspectSafari assumes you wish to capture the primary (top) company listed in teh profile. If you wish to refer to a different company in the contact’s experience list, then right-click on the business logo instead of a white space.
To add the website to the newly created prospect, click through to the company page and select About. Right-click on the listed website to add this.
If you have a number of profiles to add, then follow this 2-step routine each time; right click in the personal profile, then find the website and right click on that to add it.
Linkedin do not allow extensions or bots to automate such clicking so we are obliged to stick to this 2 stage process to ensure that your Linkedin access is not put in jeopardy.
You can also right click on the name of a person shown in a list of profiles on Linkedin.
