      I see that there are a lot of useful videos and documents that are available in the Resources tab, but these seems to be different from one prospect to the next. Why are these different?

        The documents (which can include videos) that you see in the Sales Coach / Resources tab depend on:

        1. The current checklist step(s)
        2. The deal pipeline
        3. The deal custom fields selected

        You can add your own documents and assign them to your custom deal field options. For example, you could have a “Competition” custom deal field with each of your competitors added as multi-choice options. You can then assign a specific competitor cheat-sheet document to each competitor option. Now, when you select “Competitor X” for a specific deal, the “Competitor X Cheat Sheet” will be shown in the Resources tab.

        Similarly, you can assign coaching / how-to tutorial documents/videos to each checklist step or to each pipeline stage. We have already done that with the default checklists and pipelines, and these coaching videos etc therefore display as required.

        This means that when the current task is to send a cold email, a series of tutorials on how cold email best practice are made available. If instead the task is to make the initial cold call, videos on how to make cold calls are shown.

        You can replace any of these by editing the checklist or pipeline.
